Shipping Methods
The products are sent by courier service and are delivered safely to the address you will specify within one to three working days in Greece from the day of payment of the order and in one to seven days abroad.
The courier company we work with is SPEEDEX for shipments within Greece and International Express, International Economy, Europe Economy, Balkans & Cyprus Economy for shipments abroad.
“PINELOPI” does not acknowledge the existence of any responsibility in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather events, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended for as long as the reason for the delay. Note that the estimated delivery time is calculated from the day of shipment and is indicative. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.
“PINELOPI” is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs matters or any other circumstances beyond its control.
The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the opportunity to choose the type of document he wants (retail receipt or invoice), by filling in the corresponding field of the website.
Shipping charges
- For Greece, deliveries are made with the courier company SPEEDEX. Shipments to Greece for orders over € 200 are free. For orders under 200 € and up to 2 kg the shipping cost is 5 €. For each extra kilo plus 1.50 euros. Delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. For shipments within the city the cost is 2.50 euros plus 1.50 euros for each additional kilo.Cash on delivery service is charged at an additional 2.5 euros. For sending parcels (from 1 kg and up) to & from destinations: Crete, Rhodes, Kos, Karpathos, Kalymnos, Chios, Mytilene, Samos, Lemnos, Ikaria, Mykonos, Santorini, Milos, Kythira the charge is 3.50 euros and the following options are provided:
– Economy: delivery in 1-3 working days.
– Express: delivery the next working day with a surcharge of 0.80 euros per kilo. - Orders outside of Greece are shipped with International Express, International Economy, Europe Economy, Balkans & Cyprus Economy.

b) up to 1 kg costs 15.50 euros c) up to 2 kg cost 26 euros
d) up to 3 kg cost 34 euros
e) up to 4 kg cost 39.50 euros
f) up to 5 kg cost 45.50 euros Delivery time 1 to 5 working days.
Note: In countries where customs are in place there may be additional delays.
Please note that due to new regulations after Brexit, orders under € 150 can not be shipped to the UK.
“PINELOPI” does not deliver to mailboxes
Non-EU deliveries are usually subject to customs duties and import duties in the country of dispatch and are the sole responsibility of the consignee. Note that for shipments to the USA there are no costs and duties for purchases up to 800 dollars (approximately 650 €)
