Returns policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order and you can choose between changing the item and providing a credit balance.
It is clarified that the returned products should be in their original condition and should not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the labels accompanying the product should be there, just as they were when you received it with the retail receipt or the invoice.
Clothes and shoes in which the label has been removed, or which have been used in addition to the test procedure will not be accepted for return. You must also contact us via e-mail at pinelopistore@yahoo.gr to be instructed. In this case the shipping (return) costs are borne by the consumer.
Returns are not accepted on products marked ``NOT RETURNED`` in their description. Also, returns on products from non-EU countries are not accepted.
Definitions of options in case of return:
Change of item: Products can be changed with any available different size or type.
Issuance of Credit Balance: Your credit balance will be valid for 15 days from the date of return.
Return costs:
Greece: Collaborating courier: 5 € Europe: DHL: 15 €
Non-EU countries: Non-refundable
